We invite you to discover endless bites, flavours and surprising sensations

Our tasting menu is a proposal that is served to all the table guests both at midday and in the evening. It is a gastronomic journey through eleven dishes which are made with local ingredients and techniques that combine the avant-garde and tradition. With this proposal, the aim of chef Jordi Simón is to awaken the senses through flavours that move and accompany the palate during the trip.

Parsnip nyoquis

with Café de Paris Sauce, and pork belly Duroc from "Can Batallè"

Rafols Cod Fish Loin confit

with its brandade, fennel salad, blood orange, and Kalamata olive

Grilled Arturo Sánchez 100% Acorn-Fed Iberian pork

with creamy black garlic and caramelized onion, confit piquillo pepper and pear occo

White choco, yogurt and mandarin

white chocolate cream and yogurt, caramelized white chocolate, ice cream and gelée mandarin, crunchy and marshmallows yogurt

"Viva mexico c****nes"

70% chocolate with mole ganache, corn smoked in Mibrasa and Don Papa rum ice cream, corn bread, hazelnut praline
