Frequently Asked Questions

We want your DVISI experience to have everything you want to find and that it beats your expectations. If you wish, you can have a look at our customers’ most frequently asked questions to solve your doubts before enjoying your visit to the restaurant.

The vast majority of our plates can be adapted to our customers’ allergies and intolerances, using alternative ingredients or proposing other dishes out of menu. For this, it is essential that you tell us what allergies you have at the time of booking. By booking your table through our website, you will easily be able to indicate which food you cannot consume.

DVISI has two different spaces: the indoor space and the outdoor space. The terrace is a half-open space with a methacrylate roof and folding panels. During the hottest months of the year, we set up this space so that diners can eat while the air circulates.

The maximum number of diners we accept in our restaurant is eight people. We have a private room in which we have installed the largest table of the restaurant: the table for eight diners.

Yes, they are. Dogs are allowed as long as the corresponding bookings are made in the terrace. Dogs are the responsibility of their owners, so we would appreciate it if they are well behaved and do not disrupt the wellbeing of other diners.

Yes, the spaces in DVISI are wide enough for wheelchair users and there are no stairs, except for one small step. People with reduced mobility can access the restaurant through the hotel entrance and move easily to the dining room or the restaurant terrace.

Yes, at the time of the online booking you will be able to announce if it is for a celebration or a birthday, so that we can prepare a symbolic candle that will be added to the desserts you order. If you prefer, you can bring your personalised candles or candles with a number so that we can take them to the birthday person with the dessert.

The restaurant will be closed for holidays from February 12th to 20th.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
