DVISI Palamós is a project that was born in 2014 from the enthusiasm and energy of Laura Vicente and Jordi Simón. In fact, their surnames give name to this gastronomic space, dedicated to all those people who enjoy eating, tasting, celebrating and sharing unique moments around a table.
DVISI’s cuisine is divergent and moves away to feel close, bringing together cultures and history. Creative in nature, the restaurant’s culinary style plays with flavours and invites you to discover new places, without forgetting the origins and tradition. For this reason, the local products are essential in its cooking.

“We like to remember where we come from and create our own path with the company of our team and family. The DVISI Palamós menu is designed to have a good time around the table, which is why we suggest you share”.

DVISI Palamós restaurant is a project by gastronomy lovers for gastronomy lovers. Our main desire is to make each of the guests who visit us enjoy, through surprising flavours that invite the palate to travel. Our cuisine is born from the fusion between Mediterranean cuisine, the delicacy of Asian cuisine and a slight influence of Latin American flavours.
Our restaurant in Palamós is a gastronomic space where local product, tradition and the most innovative culinary techniques come together. All this, to achieve a menu that offers the usual flavours but that goes one step further. We are moved by curiosity and love for cooking in all its aspects, which is why our menu is lively and varies depending on what each season offers us.
The restaurant will be closed for holidays from February 12th to 20th.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
